Our botanical products are meticulously handmade in small batches to ensure freshness and a longer shelf-life. Our handcrafted gift items also require time and care in preparation.

Although we aim to ship every order as promptly as possible, please be aware that we have a standard processing time of 3 days for all orders, before shipment. Please be sure to account for our processing time along with USPS standard shipping estimates.

Every order will be provided with a tracking number at the time of checkout.

During the holiday season, we may experience higher order volumes. Expect extended processing and shipping times. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this period.

Please note that the delivery timeframes displayed at checkout are USPS estimations of how long it will take for your package to arrive AFTER we have shipped it.
