  • Herbalism is the study and practice of plants for medicinal and therapeutic use. As an ancient healing practice rooted in history since Paleolithic times, herbalism stands out as one of the most natural and effective methods of wellness. Native Americans notably excelled in their herbal practices, contributing significantly to its widespread recognition. You should check out 'Braiding Sweetgrass' as it is an amazing read that dives deep into the native roots of this fascinating practice.

  • An herbalist relies on botanicals to promote both overall wellness and healing. Committed to the belief of harnessing nature's remedies, herbalists advocate for the use of natural medicines sourced from the Earth. An herbalist is not a medical doctor, but rather a practitioner who uses natural remedies.

Though there's no formal educational mandate to become an herbalist, practitioners must possess a comprehensive understanding of the craft before sharing their expertise or products with others. While we aren't medical doctors, numerous individuals turn to these remedies seeking relief from their ailments. Our top priority is ensuring safe practices when utilizing these remedies.

I am self-taught, having relied on resources I discovered along my journey. Since 2010, I've dedicated myself to the personal study of herbalism, drawing knowledge from esteemed individuals with extensive experience who came before me.

  • The effectiveness of my products is unique to each individual and their body.

I have a lot of health issues, such as Psoriasis and Lupus, which are autoimmune diseases that cause a complex set of symptoms. To ensure the safety and efficacy of our products, I test and use each one myself. If a product doesn't work for me, it won't be made available to the public. If a product requires improvement, it returns to the crafting process until it's ready.

However, it's important to understand that what works for one person may not work for another due to differences in individual body chemistry. So, when purchasing my products, please be mindful of this and be patient while trying to find the one that works best for you.

  • Although herbal remedies have been used for centuries, their safety and efficacy depend on various factors, such as the specific herb and the individual using it. It is important to note that each person's body reacts differently to different herbs. Therefore, you must educate yourself on all products and their ingredients to ensure no adverse reactions occur. Herbal products are not FDA-approved. For more information on this, please refer to the disclaimer.

  • I follow a rigorous testing process for all new products, which involves me testing them first and then the entire family. This process also applies to my pet care line, and I ensure that all the herbs used in these products are entirely safe for animals.

While I do not test on animals, my pets do use these products once their safety is guaranteed. As with human products, it is important to research pet products and use them at your discretion.

  • My products contain only natural ingredients, including any necessary preservatives.

I use vinegar, honey, vegetable glycerin, and oils to preserve my products and ensure a longer shelf life.

I never use alcohol in my products.

  • Herbal practices are commonly used during pregnancy, but it's important to be cautious about which ones you use. All of my "Pregnancy" products are 100% safe for use during pregnancy. However, it's recommended that you use them at your discretion and consult with your OBGYN before using them.

  • It is possible for babies and children to use herbal products, but it should be done with caution. Some herbs are safe for babies and children, while certain herbs should not be used for them at all. To ensure safe usage and avoid any mix-ups, I have created a line of herbal products that is exclusively for children and babies. However, it is still important to research the products before using them and consult with your child’s pediatrician.

  • I never use alcohol in any of my products. They are all alcohol-free from start to finish. I do this to ensure that anyone can use my products. Although some herbalists believe that alcohol is the only way to extract the properties of herbs, this is not true. There are many ways to extract the medicinal properties of each herb, and I use several alternatives to alcohol. For instance, I use vegetable glycerin, vinegar, and oils, which are just as effective and provide efficient shelf-stability.
